What detail is shown on invoices?
Invoices show everything we know about the meeting, when a line joined, how long it was connected and what it cost.
If the calling telephone number is know, this is displayed.
Usage against specific conference rooms, call leaders and departments is grouped into sub-totals.
Why can’t I see every phone number?
All of the known telephone numbers are shown on the invoice.
Private and overseas numbers can’t be shown because we don’t know what they are.
When a caller’s telephone number is unknown, you may see “Null” written against that line on the invoice.
If your organisation needs a purchase order before authorising usage of the service, you will need to specify an open purchase order.
In the same way it is not possible to have a fixed price purchase order for petrol or telephone calls, it is not possible to know what a meeting will cost until after it has taken place.
The invoice can show a fixed purchase number that is the same every month. We cannot change this PO after the invoice has been issued.
How do I know who used the service?
We know who created the account, but not who is using it because a teleconference does not need to be booked.
If you need to know who was on a meeting but don’t recognise any of the telephone numbers, try calling some of them.
