Australian 1800 number
Most people join a conference call by dialling an Australian 1800 number. This means the organiser is paying the call costs of the participants.
The table below compares the cost of using our 1800 number with other service providers. It does not include services that are secretive about their pricing or internet based services (because of their reliability).
In the table below we have abbreviated our very long name to TTC.

Fixed price plans are only available from services that put calls over the internet.
They can do this because they hope their customers will understand that it may not always work, but is really cheap.
VoIP can be great for normal phone calls but when you have multiple lines that all have to be good it is not very reliable.
At The Teleconferencing Company, we provide a service we know will be good every time and this is only possible using regular telephone lines.
It only needs one bad line to ruin the meeting.
For a reliable service our rates are outrageously low, but it is possible to find cheaper services but only from companies that put their calls over the internet.
We use proper telephone lines because this is the only way to know that every meeting will sound great.
